  12.           2 cups peeled and grated zucchini
  13.                 (put grated zucchini on cloth and squeeze out 
  14.                  all the water)
  15.           1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  16.           1 Tbs. Old Bay seasoning
  17.           1 egg
  18.           1 Tbs. mayo
  19.           1 chopped red pepper (optional)

  21.           (I add a small grated onion)

  23.           Form into patties and fry in hot oil.
